We do NOT
accept credit cards for International orders UNLESS
you are able to supply us with the name of the bank that issued your credit card
and the bank's phone number. We will then call your bank to verify the
card number matches your name and address...this is for your protection.
Or if you prefer, you are welcome to send a money order
or bank cashier's check in US $.
On international orders, we do not ship to Second Parties. For customers outside of the U.S., we will only ship to the person ordering the merchandise...not to another person at another address.
2. How can I buy my FantasiaWear if I don't have a credit card?
We welcome Money Orders and Bank Cashier's Checks as well as all major credit cards. All banks and most grocery stores and drug stores are able to give you a piece of paper called a money order equal to the amount of cash or currency you give them. You can not pay for a money order with a check, only cash money. You then make the money order payable to FantasiaWear, Inc. and mail it to us along with a description of what you want to buy with your money order.

No, we do not send any orders that have not been paid for in advance. We will not send your order to you C.O.D.

You are welcome to
take advantage of our size chart. The chart
reflects the average measurements and size conversions of most of the factories
we work with. The chart is not exact and absolute for every item of
clothing we sell, but it will give you a good approximation.

5. Can I return my FantasiaWear for a larger size?
All items are inspected before being shipped. If you are not happy with your order, simply return the item(s) within ten (10) days for a refund. It may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive the returned item(s) for a refund check to be issued. There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns unless the mistake was our fault. There is no restocking fee if you are returning an item for a different size or color. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless it was our error. 19. My shopping cart order did not go through...what's wrong?
Most of the time
your order was rejected for one or more of the following reasons...
-You were over the credit limit of your credit card.
-You left a required information box empty.
-The card number you entered was invalid or expired.
-The expiration date did not match the credit card number.
-The billing address did not match the credit card number.
-Your name did not match the name on the credit card.
Or possibly our server or credit card processor could be temporarily unavailable or down.
20. How do make sure I get a refund to my credit card if I cancel my order?
Most of the time your credit card is NOT charged until your order is ready to ship, unless possibly if it is a special order item not usually in stock in our warehouse. So, usually, if you haven't yet received the item, your credit card was probably was not charged. If your order was already shipped when you canceled, you may only be responsible for a 15% restocking fee as well as the shipping costs.
21. Can I ship a FantasiaWear gift to a different address than mine?
On international orders, we do not ship to Second Parties. For customers outside of the United States, we will only ship to the person ordering the merchandise (the name on the credit card)...not to another person at another address.
For U.S. customers shipping inside the U.S., we are happy to send an item or gift to a second party at a different address within the United States after we verify your identity with your credit card company. There is an additional $3 handling fee for this service.
