You get a $10 credit with FantasiaWear.com for every photo you email to us that is chosen to be used on the internet. We are partial to photos of our customers wearing (or almost wearing) items they purchased from our web site.  

Your photos should be...

     1. No larger than 550 pixels on its longest side and no smaller than 350 pixels.

     2. Color pics in the .jpg format.

     3. Model must be AT LEAST 18 years old.

     4. No images depicting anything illegal, violent or XXX pornographic.

We sell our FantasiaWear clothing to customers all over the world, all nationalities, all ethnic backgrounds, ages 18 to 80, size petite small to plus size.  We want all our customers that are comfortable sending in pictures of themselves in their FantasiaWear to do so for consideration to be possibly used at FantasiaWear.com    We don't care how old you are or what size you are...being sexy and H-O-T is a state of mind.

All photographs and/or AVI's on these pages are protected by copyright law.
Any use, duplication, or publication other than personal use without specific written agreement from SAM/FantasiaWear will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible by law.
All commercial use, duplication, inclusion in any archives, web pages, CD-ROM's,
or other medium for commercial gain is subject to usage fees of
$500 per photo per day, payable immediately upon use unless other specific written arrangements have been made with SAM/FantasiaWear.
Usage constitutes agreement to these terms.
Violations and failures to pay are prosecutable in civil and criminal courts.
