Returning and Exchanging

*** No Returns or Exchanges on any Halloween costumes ordered after Oct. 15th.  Fantasy costumes shipped after Nov. 1st are subject to our normal return policy (see below).  If you have any questions about sizing, you are welcome to call us toll free at 800-850-3268 M-F 8am to 4pm Pacific.  Please don't wear your FantasiaWear costume for your Halloween party and then try to return it.***

Return Policy
 
  • We accept returns for any reason within 15 days of date shipped...20% restocking fee (see details below)   The following items are NOT returnable: Intimate apparel items (such as Panties, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, One Piece Swimsuits, Thong/Rio/Brazil Bikini Bottoms, Babydolls with Matching Panty, Pantyhose, Costumes with panty, etc.) and Sale items/Items sold at a discount/Liquidation close-out items.

  • All returned or exchanged items MUST have an RMA number written on the outside of the package.

    Any package without an RMA number written on the outside of the package risks being refused.

    All returned or exchanged items MUST be shipped back to us within 15 days of shipping date.

    Merchandise must be returned to us in new condition, unworn or unwashed, with all of the tags attached in its original packaging accompanied by the packing slip (please note the reason for the return).

    We do not refund shipping charges for the initial shipment of your order or the return postage.

    We will pay return postage if the item ordered is defective or if the incorrect item is shipped to you.

    For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.

    Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.

  • Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within 15 business days. Please allow up to TWO billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

  • If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy we will not credit you for your return and you will be responsible for the postage for us to ship the item back to you...if after 30 days from date FW originally shipped item to you, you do not send return postage charges or authorize FW by email to charge your credit card for return postage, the item(s) returned in violation of FW return policy will be disposed of.

  • Exchange Policy
     
  • You may exchange an item by following the Return Policy and including a note which states what item you would like in exchange.

  • Place a new order for the correct merchandise (either by phone 800-850-3268 or on http://www.FantasiaWear.com) and return the unwanted merchandise according to the Return Policy.

  • We charge our standard shipping charges on all exchanged orders.
  • DETAILS-

    We guarantee that your order will be the size, color and style that you ordered.   If we ship you something in error, return the item to us postmarked within 15 days of the shipping date on the sales receipt.   Because it was our fault, we will send you the correct item (if it has not been discontinued).  We pay the shipping for the corrected order and give you credit for your expense of shipping it back to us via Priority Mail. Please call us at 253-927-7766 so that we can give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

    Please note that Intimate items, sale items, as well as Rio/Brazil, G-string and Thong bikinis are NOT RETURNABLE.

    We highly recommend that when return something by way of the US Postal Service, you pay a little extra for "Delivery Confirmation," on your package. This way you will be able to make sure that the package has arrived at our warehouse safely.

     

    If you receive our clothing item and it doesn't fit the way you like, or for some reason you are not completely satisfied, return it with the tags still attached for a refund,
    minus a 20% restocking fee. (Shipping cost is not refunded.)
    For example: $45.00 item x 20% =$9.00.  Your refund is $36.00
    Clothing must be returned postmarked within 15 days of shipping date on sales receipt. 
    No refunds on sale priced items...however, you are allowed to exchange for another item.  We reserve the right to examine a return to see if it has been worn. (Not just tried on.) If we determine an item to have been worn, we will respectfully deny the return.  Do not remove the tags until you are sure you are keeping the clothing. Once the tag is removed, the clothing is yours. No exceptions. We know when an item has been used for a photo shoot, and the tag has been reattached with your own pricing gun.
    Do not remove tag...or we will not give you a refund. 
    Make sure you include your name and address with the return, and instructions on what you would like us to do: Refund, exchange, etc.
    If you want a refund, please include a reason.  Thank-you from FantasiaWear, Inc. !

    Please photo copy your sales receipt.  Write a note on the photo copy detailing your return, exchange or refund requests.  Enclose this with the item you are returning. If the above is not possible, then please do the following ...Please write down the following information on a sheet of paper:
            1.  Item Number (example: Z-0005)
            2.  How many of that item you want to return
            3.  A BRIEF description of the item (Shimmer Lace Teddy or Cotton Lycra Ladder Dress)
            4.  What size of the item you are returning.
            5.  What color of the item you are returning.

    Please call us (800-850-3268 or 253-927-7766) for a Return Authorization Number.  Packages returned to FantasiaWear, Inc. without a visible Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) on the shipping label may be refused and returned to you. Please send your return via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Tag to:

    Our in-house processing time is usually between 1 and 9 working days (sometimes longer on some items that are back ordered), to this you need to add the shipping time of the carrier you chose to deliver your item.  If you have a special occasion coming up in the immediate future, call us to see if we can speed-up processing to get it out by your deadline.  We ship U.S. Priority Mail (except International orders) and U.S. Express Mail unless you specify otherwise (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc.).  Sorry, no C.O.D. orders please.

    TERMS OF SALE
            All items are inspected before being shipped.  If you are not happy with your order, simply return the item(s) within
    fifteen (15) days of the sipping date for a refund.   It may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive the returned item(s) for a refund check to be issued.  There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns unless the mistake was our fault.  There is no restocking fee for exchanges.   Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless it was our error.  You will also be charged for the shipping charges back to you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made by FantasiaWear.  Due to State and Federal Regulations, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (such as Panties, Thongs, Teddies, One Piece Swimsuits, Bikini Bottoms, Babydolls with Matching Panty, Pantyhose, Costumes with panty, etc.), so double check that you have the item #, description, size and color written correctly before you place your order.  Other items like dresses, shoes, boots, robes, chemises, etc. can only be returned if unworn, have original tags and are in original packaging. 

    FANTASIAWEAR DOES NOT TAKE CREDIT CARD FRAUD LIGHTLY. 
    WE WILL AGGRESSIVELY PURSUE ANY ILLEGAL CREDIT CARD ACTIVITY TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REPORTING TO AND SEEKING THE HELP OF BANKS, LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FEDERAL AND INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES! WE COULD ALSO BE PUBLISHING THE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER THAT WAS ON THE FRAUDULENT ORDER AND WHERE THE STOLEN ITEMS WERE TO BE SHIPPED. THIS COULD BE FOUND AT OUR WEB SITE TO HELP PEOPLE WHOSE CARDS HAVE BEEN STOLEN AND USED ILLEGALLY, TO WARN OTHER E-COMMERCE WEB SITES AND TO ALERT LOCAL, STATE, FEDERAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES WHO WILL BE PERIODICALLY VISITING OUR ANTI-FRAUD WEB PAGE...NOT TO MENTION CALLING THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OVER 40,000 VISITORS WE HAVE AT FANTASIAWEAR EVERY DAY.
