Unauthorized use and/or publishing, electronically or in print, of images created by FantasiaWear/SAM LLC implies that you agree to a $10 per day fee owed to SAM LLC for each time an image is published on a website.  Even if it is the same image published multiple times on one website, you are still responsible for the daily fee each time said image appears on different webpages.
