DEADLINES

DEADLINES- If you need your item(s) for special event coming up or have a deadline, you must give us that date when you place your order.  Please email your deadline date to info@sam-fw.com, so we can possibly speed up delivery and processing to meet your special needs.

During your ordering process you are given two opportunities to write notes to us...the more information we have, allows us to do a better job for you.  If a customer has a deadline, on our website and in their order confirmation email, they are clearly told to alert us immediately of that deadline date.  We can then let them know up-front...

  1. Yes, we should probably be able to make that date...
  2. Their deadline date is cutting it close, it may or may not happen...or
  3. There is no way we can meet their deadline.  Then they can make a calculated decision to move forward with their order, or not.

Whether your deadline is tomorrow or months away, we must have a note you wrote on your order, or an email from you (immediately after you placed your order, not a few days later) giving us your deadline.  If we have to order from the factory, once our order is placed with the factory, your order is locked...no changes can be made.
