RETURNS-Our policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have gone by since your order was shipped to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Most customers choose a store credit in exchange for their return. Store credits do not expire and you get 100% of the product value in credit. Items can be returned and money credited back to your credit card or PayPal including a 20% restocking fee (you will receive 80% of the product value).
We started the re-stocking fee about 20 years ago because some customers were ordering 3 or more of the same item in different colors and sizes, and keeping one but returning all the rest. This wreaked havoc with our warehouse space and inventory.
-FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES-
You must first contact FantasiaWear to get a Return Authorization Number. If this RA# is not on the shipping label of your package, you risk the package being refused and marked Returned To Sender. If you return an item without a RA# or if the items is not returnable, you are responsible for paying the postage for FW to send it back to you...so, PLEASE phone us at 253-927-7766 to get approval and an RA# before sending anything back to us.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate items, including, but not limited to, thongs, teddies, bikini bottoms, wigs. Additional non-returnable items:
-Some health and personal care items such as lotions and oils.
-Intimate items like thongs and teddies.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or store credit (your choice), within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@FantasiaWear.com.
CLOSEOUT Sale items- Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately closeout items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but in a differedt size, send us an email at info@FantasiaWear.com, get a RA# and send your item to:

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: FantasiaWear LLC, 1911 SW CAMPUS DR, Bldg. 250, FEDERAL WAY WA 98023, United States You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your are responsible for the cost of FW shipping your exchange item to you (we will email a MoneyRequest to you). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service like U.S. Priority Mail or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
